3. Pricing Accuracy & Real-Time Availability Disclaimer
While PricePulse streams real-time pricing and bank discounts via our 3-conduit engine and refreshes prices continuously, retail prices, coupon validity, bank cashback quotas, and stock levels are controlled solely by third-party retailers (Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital). PricePulse cannot be held liable for typographical pricing errors or out-of-stock situations on third-party merchant sites.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All brand names, product logos, and merchant trademarks (including Apple, Samsung, Dell, Sony, Amazon, Flipkart, Croma) displayed on this platform belong to their respective registered owners. Their display on PricePulse is solely for product identification and fair comparison under Indian law.
5. Limitation of Liability
PricePulse Technologies and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from purchase decisions made using data presented on this website.
